Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers

We all recognise that the workplace has a significant impact on people’s health and well-being. Notably, poor management of workplace health can lead to work-related ill health and  high levels of sickness absence . Sickness absence is a key indicator of how well an organisation is managed. Equipping managers with the knowledge and know to prevent absenteeism due  to  work related ill health will impact positively  on performance, morale and motivation, and subsequently allowing for cost benefits.
