The first time I met Zita was at my Induction training, and boy was I impressed! She delivers her training courses with so much enthusiasm and vigour and has an excellent depth of knowledge of so many subjects, you can’t fail to enjoy the day and remain engaged throughout.
Course content is always adapted to suit the audience. Timekeeping is superb and Zita has a real talent for reading the room and reaching out to those delegates who may be a little shy or need some encouragement to join in.
